Strategic Cancellation & Refund Policy In the world of high-stakes business and luxury travel, flexibility is paramount. Driver & Butler offers a standardized yet sophisticated cancellation policy designed to respect both the client’s schedule and our chauffeurs' commitment. For standard city transfers, a 100% refund is guaranteed if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the mission. Between 24 and 12 hours, a 50% management fee is applied to cover logistical mobilization. Any cancellation within the final 12-hour window, or a failure to appear at the designated meeting point (No-Show), results in the full billing of the service. Special events, international roadshows, or specific vehicle requests (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, V-Class, or Sprinter) may involve custom cancellation windows ranging from 48 to 72 hours.
