Marseille Provence Airport, Saint-Charles station and the port

Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) is in Marignane, north-west of Marseille: about 25 km by road to the Old Port. Give your flight number when you book: your chauffeur follows your actual arrival time. As an option, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. The airport is roughly the same distance from Marseille and from Aix-en-Provence.

Saint-Charles station (square Narvik, 1st arrondissement) is about three hours from Paris-Gare-de-Lyon on the fastest TGV trains. Give your train number when you book. Occasional interruptions are scheduled while the station is being modernised: check your train before you travel. You can follow your flight or train live on our flight tracking and train tracking pages.

The port's eastern basins, from La Joliette to L'Estaque, serve ferries to Corsica and North Africa as well as cruise ships. By car, the cruise terminal (MPCT) is reached through gate 4 (Porte 4); on cruise days, a shuttle runs between Place de la Joliette and the terminal. Taking a ferry? You can follow your crossing on our ferry tracking page.

Business travel, meetings and conferences (MICE)

The Palais du Pharo, 58 boulevard Charles-Livon (7th), is the City of Marseille's conference centre: a 900-seat auditorium, around twenty meeting rooms and a terrace facing the Old Port, set in 5-hectare gardens. The Parc Chanot, a 17-hectare convention and exhibition centre, opens onto the Rond-point du Prado; its open spaces are being redesigned, with no closure announced. Euroméditerranée, a national-interest urban project launched in 1995 over about 480 hectares, is reshaping the north of the city through to 2040 and includes the Arenc business district. The Stade Vélodrome (named CEPAC Vélodrome since summer 2026, more than 67,000 seats), on boulevard Michelet, also hosts receptions and events.

For companies, agencies and event organisers:

  • transfers between the airport, the station, the port, hotels and event venues, in sedans and vans;
  • chauffeur by the hour or by the day for a roadshow, site visits or back-to-back meetings;
  • corporate account with monthly invoicing and negotiated rates;
  • Factur-X (EN 16931) electronic invoices and the carbon footprint of every ride, calculated with the ADEME method.

Like every booking in Marseille, event transfers are handled as pre-orders: send us your programme early through our business and partners page.

Extend your business trip: bleisure around Marseille

Conference ends on Friday? Stay an extra day in Provence. With a chauffeur at your disposal, here are a few ideas around Marseille.

  • The Calanques: a national park since 2012, between Marseille, Cassis and La Ciotat. In summer, access to the Sugiton and Pierres-Tombées calanques must be booked online, and access to the hills is restricted from 1 June to 30 September because of fire risk: check the daily information before you go.
  • Cassis: about 20 km to the east, with its harbour, Cap Canaille (363 m) and Cassis wine, the first AOC recognised in Provence, in 1936.
  • Aix-en-Provence: 30 km to the north, Cézanne's home town, facing the Montagne Sainte-Victoire. The Festival d'Aix (opera and classical music) takes place every summer.
  • The Luberon: Gordes, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, and Sénanque Abbey, about 90 km by road.
  • Bandol: in the Var, about 45 km to the east, with AOC wines since 1941.
