Rennes Bretagne Airport and Rennes railway station

Rennes Bretagne Airport (RNS) is in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, about 6 km south-west of Rennes. Transfers between the airport and the city centre or the railway station are charged at a flat rate (see the sample prices above). We also drive to and from Dinard – Pleurtuit – Saint-Malo Airport (DNR) on the Emerald Coast, which mainly handles light and business aviation.

Give your flight number when you book: your chauffeur follows your actual arrival time. As an option, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.

Rennes railway station, just south of the historic centre, was rebuilt as a transport hub between 2015 and 2019 and is served by both metro lines. Rennes hosts conferences, trade fairs and corporate events all year round. The Couvent des Jacobins, the Rennes Métropole convention centre, opened in 2018 in a 14th-century convent on Place Sainte-Anne, in the historic centre. It has a 1,000-seat main auditorium, two smaller ones with 500 and 300 seats, and 25 meeting rooms, and hosts events such as European Cyber Week in November.

The exhibition centre, Rennes Parc Expo, is in Bruz, next to the airport. It hosts SPACE, the international livestock show, in September, and the Trans Musicales festival in early December. Its main concert hall, the MusikHALL (formerly hall 9), is closed for rebuilding and due to reopen in autumn 2028. Around the railway station, the 58-hectare EuroRennes business district is still taking shape.
