Lille-Lesquin Airport, Lille-Flandres and Lille-Europe stations

Lille-Lesquin Airport (LIL) is in Lesquin, about 7 km south-south-east of central Lille, and has a single terminal. Airport transfers to and from the city centre or the stations are charged at a fixed price (see the sample prices above).

Give your flight number when you book: your chauffeur tracks your actual arrival time. As an option, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.

Lille has two main stations, about 400 m apart. Lille-Flandres, on place des Buisses, is about an hour from Paris-Nord by TGV. Lille-Europe, on place François-Mitterrand, is the Eurostar station: the fastest direct trains reach London St Pancras in 1 hour 22 minutes. Good to know: since 12 January 2026, the Grand'Place has been permanently pedestrianised, along with part of rue Esquermoise, rue du Curé-Saint-Étienne and part of rue Pierre-Mauroy. That is why our sample prices to the city centre use Place de la République, outside the Palais des Beaux-Arts.

Business travel, meetings and conferences (MICE)

Lille Grand Palais, at 1 boulevard des Cités-Unies, is about a ten-minute walk from both stations. It has a 1,475-seat main auditorium, two halls of more than 400 seats each, the Zénith (4,700 seats in theatre layout), four exhibition halls covering around 18,000 m² and 28 meeting rooms. In its 2025-2026 financial year it hosted 320 events and nearly one million visitors. The InCyber Forum is held there in March. From March 2027 to early 2028, a new car park for exhibitors and event organisers will be built on site; visitor access stays the same.

Next door, the Euralille business district was master-planned by Rem Koolhaas, opened in 1994 and grew up around the two stations. EuraTechnologies houses start-ups and tech companies in Le Blan-Lafont, a former spinning mill. In Villeneuve-d'Ascq, the Decathlon Arena – Stade Pierre-Mauroy (over 50,000 seats, retractable roof) can be converted into an indoor arena for 6,900 to 30,000 people.

A meeting on Friday, one more day in the area: with a chauffeur at your disposal, here are a few ideas around Lille.

• Lille itself: Vieux-Lille, the old town, and the Grand'Place, with the Vieille Bourse, completed in 1653, and its second-hand booksellers; the Palais des Beaux-Arts fine arts museum on Place de la République.
• Belgium: Brussels and its Grand-Place, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998; Bruges, whose historic centre was listed in 2000, and Ghent.
• The Louvre-Lens, in Lens: the Louvre's regional museum, opened in December 2012.
• The Opal Coast: the Two Capes, between Calais and Boulogne-sur-Mer. Cap Blanc-Nez (134 m) is the highest point on the coast, and from Cap Gris-Nez, the closest point in France to England, you can see the English coast on a clear day.
