Toulon-Hyères Airport, Toulon station and the port
Toulon-Hyères Airport (TLN) lies about 19 km east of Toulon, close to Hyères. It shares the site with a naval air base. There is a scheduled route to Paris-Orly and, mainly in season, flights to Corsica and, since summer 2026, to London City. For international flights, many travellers use Marseille Provence Airport, about 100 km away, and we cover that journey at a fixed price (see the sample prices above). Give your flight number when you book: your chauffeur tracks your actual landing time. As an option, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
Toulon station is right in the centre, between Mont Faron and the harbour. Direct TGV trains reach Paris-Gare de Lyon in about 4 hours; others run to Lyon and Nice, and regional TER trains serve Marseille and Hyères. Give your train number: your chauffeur follows your actual arrival time.
The port of Toulon is also a departure point for Corsica (Bastia, Ajaccio) and Sardinia. We drop you at the ferry terminal or meet you there when your boat comes in.
You can follow your flight or train live on our flight tracking and train tracking pages.
Business travel, meetings and conferences (MICE)
Toulon is home to France's largest naval base. The navy and the maritime and defence industries bring many business visitors to the city every year, for meetings, trials, trade shows and site visits.
The Palais des Congrès Neptune, on avenue de Besagne, is in the city centre, a few minutes from the station. Across three levels it offers some 2,500 m² of flexible space, an auditorium with about 800 seats and 14 meeting rooms for 15 to 300 people. To the west, the Circuit Paul Ricard, at Le Castellet, hosts major motor racing events throughout the season.
For companies, agencies and event organisers:
- transfers between the airport, the station, the port, hotels and event venues, in sedans and vans;
- chauffeur by the hour or by the day, on request, for back-to-back meetings around the city;
- corporate account with monthly invoicing and negotiated rates;
- Factur-X (EN 16931) electronic invoices and the carbon footprint of every ride, calculated with the ADEME method.
For an event or regular volume, tell us what you need on our business and partners page.
Extend your stay: the harbour, the islands, wine and the Riviera
One more day after your meetings? Toulon is an excellent base for exploring the Var, between the sea, the vineyards and hill villages. A few ideas with a chauffeur.
- The harbour and Mont Faron: the cable car, running since 1959, climbs to the top of Mont Faron, at 584 m, for a sweeping view over the harbour and the city. Down below, boats leave the Quai Cronstadt for harbour tours, and the Musée National de la Marine tells the story of the port.
- The old town: lanes, fountains and squares, the Cours Lafayette market and Les Halles de Toulon, where you can taste Provençal produce. The Musée d'Art de Toulon shows old, modern and contemporary collections.
- Porquerolles: from the La Tour Fondue pier, at the tip of the Giens peninsula, the crossing takes about twenty minutes. Beaches, pine woods and cycle paths. We drop you at the pier and pick you up when the boat returns.
- Bandol and its wines: west of Toulon, the Bandol appellation covers eight villages, including Le Castellet and Sanary-sur-Mer. Its reds, at least half Mourvèdre, are aged for at least 18 months in barrels, and its rosés are highly regarded too. Many estates welcome visitors for tastings.
- Saint-Tropez: to the east, the harbour, luxury boutiques and the beaches of Ramatuelle. An easy day out, door to door.
Visitors from further afield, including Asia, enjoy this mix of sea, Provence rosé and designer shopping. The trip also extends easily to Marseille, Aix-en-Provence or Nice, always at a fixed price.
