Limoges-Bellegarde Airport and Bénédictins station
Limoges-Bellegarde Airport (LIG) is about 6 km west of the centre, roughly fifteen minutes by car. Its routes include Paris-Orly, London-Stansted and Lyon, with more depending on the season. Give your flight number when you book: your chauffeur tracks your actual landing time. As an option, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
Limoges-Bénédictins station, with its dome and bell tower, is often counted among the most beautiful stations in France; its restored Art Deco interior features were put back in 2024. The fastest direct Intercités trains reach Paris-Austerlitz in just over three hours, and other services run to Brive, Toulouse, Poitiers and Périgueux. Give your train number: your chauffeur follows your actual arrival time.
For long-haul flights, Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport is available at a fixed price (see the sample prices above), as is Brive-Vallée de la Dordogne Airport.
You can follow your flight or train live on our flight tracking and train tracking pages.
Business travel, meetings and conferences (MICE)
The Parc des Expositions de Limoges hosts trade fairs, conferences and major events. Its main building, the Grand Palais, offers some 10,000 m² of covered space, and the Buxerolles hall seats 1,200. North of the city, the Zénith Limoges Métropole, designed by architect Bernard Tschumi's practice and opened in 2007, holds more than 6,000 people, on the edge of the Bois de la Bastide.
Porcelain, leather and the electrical industry also bring buyers, engineers and delegations to Limoges from around the world.
For companies, agencies and event organisers:
- transfers between the station, the airport, hotels and event venues, in sedans and vans;
- chauffeur by the hour or by the day, on request, for site visits or back-to-back meetings;
- corporate account with monthly invoicing and negotiated rates;
- Factur-X (EN 16931) electronic invoices and the carbon footprint of every ride, calculated with the ADEME method.
For an event or regular volume, tell us what you need on our business and partners page.
Extend your stay: porcelain, heritage and Limousin flavours
Limoges has been a UNESCO Creative City for Crafts and Folk Art since 2017. One more day in the area? A few ideas with a chauffeur.
- Porcelain: the Adrien Dubouché National Museum, on place Winston Churchill, holds nearly 18,000 ceramic and glass works, from early Limoges pieces to contemporary design, and even a 14th-century Chinese dish from Jingdezhen. The manufacturers' shops in town round off the visit if you are looking for a fine piece to take home.
- The historic centre, a designated City of Art and History: Saint-Étienne Cathedral and the Bishop's Palace gardens, the half-timbered houses of the Boucherie quarter and the covered market, Les Halles centrales, where you can taste Limousin produce.
- Oradour-sur-Glane, about 25 km away: the ruins of the village destroyed on 10 June 1944 have been kept exactly as they were. The Centre de la Mémoire, opened in 1999, tells the story.
- Aubusson, in the Creuse: the Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie, opened in 2016, showcases a craft added to UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list in 2009.
- Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat, about 20 km away: its collegiate church is a World Heritage Site as part of the Routes of Santiago de Compostela. Further south, in the Corrèze, Collonges-la-Rouge and its red sandstone houses.
For local flavours: Limousin beef, Limousin AOP apples and cherry clafoutis. Every year, on the third Friday of October, the Frairie des Petits Ventres fills the Boucherie quarter with traditional charcuterie. For visitors from further afield, including Asia, the trip extends easily to the Périgord, Bordeaux or Paris, and we drive you door to door.
