Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport and Strasbourg station
Strasbourg-Entzheim Airport (SXB) lies about 12 km south-west of the city, in the town of Entzheim. It links Alsace with major French cities such as Nice, Marseille and Toulouse, and with European and Mediterranean destinations including Munich, Copenhagen, Milan, Porto, Marrakesh and Algiers. From late November 2026, seasonal flights also serve Edinburgh, Manchester and London Stansted. Transfers between the airport and the city centre or the railway station are charged at a fixed price (see the sample prices above).
Give your flight number when you book: your chauffeur follows your actual arrival time. As an option, your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign.
Strasbourg station, on Place de la Gare, is easy to spot thanks to the large glass canopy built in front of its historic façade in 2007. The fastest TGV trains reach Paris-Est in just under 1 hour 50 minutes, and direct trains link Strasbourg with Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Brussels and Marseille. Give your train number when you book. You can follow your flight or train live on our flight tracking and train tracking pages.
Business travel, meetings and conferences (MICE)
Strasbourg is one of the capitals of Europe. It is home to the European Parliament, which holds twelve plenary sessions there every year, the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights. The city is in high demand during session weeks, so book your journeys early.
The Palais de la Musique et des Congrès, on Place de Bordeaux in the Wacken district, sits next to the European quarter. It has three auditoriums, the Érasme (1,876 seats), Schweitzer (1,182 seats) and Cassin (515 seats) halls, plus 23 meeting rooms, about 10,000 m² of flexible space in all. Right beside it, the Exhibition Centre designed by the Japanese architect Kengo Kuma opened in September 2022, with 24,000 m² and four halls. Both venues are run by Strasbourg Events. The European Fair takes place there every year in early September and welcomed nearly 140,000 visitors in 2025.
For companies, agencies and event organisers:
- transfers between the airport, the station, hotels, the European institutions and event venues, in sedans and vans;
- chauffeur by the hour or by the day for back-to-back meetings, site visits or a roadshow between Strasbourg, Colmar and Mulhouse;
- corporate account with monthly invoicing and negotiated rates;
- Factur-X (EN 16931) electronic invoices and the carbon footprint of every ride, calculated with the ADEME method.

Extend your stay: Strasbourg, the Wine Route and the Rhine valley
A meeting on Friday, one more day in the area: with a chauffeur at your disposal, here are a few ideas starting from Strasbourg.
- Strasbourg itself: the Grande Île, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988, extended in 2017 to part of the Neustadt, the district built from 1880 onwards. The pink sandstone Cathedral of Notre-Dame has raised its 142-metre spire since 1439 and houses an astronomical clock. Close by, Petite France lines the water with its half-timbered houses.
- Alsatian food: choucroute, tarte flambée (flammekueche) and baeckeoffe in the traditional winstubs; kougelhopf and pretzels from the bakery; and foie gras, a Strasbourg speciality.
- The Alsace Wine Route: about 170 km from Marlenheim to Thann along the foot of the Vosges. Taste Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Crémant d'Alsace. Good stops include Obernai, Kaysersberg, Eguisheim and Riquewihr, one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France, which has barely changed since the 16th century.
- Colmar, about 64 km south: the canals of Little Venice, the Unterlinden Museum and its Isenheim Altarpiece, and the birthplace of Bartholdi, the sculptor of the Statue of Liberty. The town calls itself the capital of Alsace wines.
- Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, 757 m up above Orschwiller: a medieval fortress rebuilt from 1900 to 1908 for Emperor Wilhelm II, and one of the most visited sites in Alsace, with over half a million visitors a year.
- Across the Rhine: Europa-Park in Rust, open since 1975, with its Rulantica water park; and Baden-Baden, a spa town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2021 as one of the Great Spa Towns of Europe.
- Shopping: the boutiques of the historic centre, and the Roppenheim designer outlet village, about 45 km north near the German border.
Highlights of the year: the Christmas market, or Christkindelsmärik, held around the cathedral since 1570 and visited by some two million people, which opens on Friday 27 November 2026; the European Fair in early September; and the Colmar wine fair in summer.
